We have developed a program to allow seasonal renters access to our beach and tennis courts. We are following a similar plan to that of West Dennis beaches. Namely, the seasonal home renter will buy a pass for as long as they are renting property.
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT
Also, we are requiring those homeowners who rent out their houses for vacationers to register with us, just so we can check if they are up to date with assessments.
Please complete this 2026 Home owners form, print and mail to us, or drop it off at the Clubhouse Mailbox by the front door.
Seasonal Tenants
If you rent a house in Lakefield Farms and you wish to use the Lakefield Farms beach area, please make sure your host has registered with Lakefield Farms Trust. You can then go to the beach area and indicate the house address you are renting, pay $25 (cash) to our gate attendants for each calendar week access you require. ($100 maximum payment for access to four or more weeks).
