You must be current on your homeowner association fees to rent the clubhouse and/or use the beach area. Please note the new rental fee is $125.  The Refundable Deposit is now $300…. Payable in two separate checks.
Checks must be drawn on the bank of the Lakefield Farms resident or owner who will be responsible for the rental. 

The fee is waived for funeral-related events, such as a memorial service or a post-funeral reception.

To arrange a Clubhouse Rental, check the calendar to see if the date you want is available. Then fill out and print the rental agreement and, with your checks for $100 and $300, drop it off at the clubhouse in the mailbox next to the front door. Please call the clubhouse and leave a message at 508-428-8568 to let us know to look for your completed Rental Agreement and payment. We will contact you by email to confirm your Clubhouse rental.

RENTAL RULES SUMMARY 

from Clubhouse Rental Form:

1.      We are employing a “Quiet Zone” between 8:00pm and 7:00am in accordance with the Town of Sandwich ordinance

2.      The rental day is from 7:00am to 12:00am. The premises must be vacated from 12:00am to 7:00am

3.      Reminder that the resident/homeowner is fully and fiscally responsible for the conduct of their guests

4.      No overnight accommodation

5.      Renter must comply with the Town of Sandwich ordinance in regard to noise (Section 3.55, attached to the Rental Agreement form)

6.      No alcohol outside the Clubhouse from 12:00am to 7:00am

7.      No glass containers outside the Clubhouse

8.      Security deposit may be forfeited for rule violations as well as damage
